Responsibilities:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management / Blasting and Painting works.
- Minimum 2 years experience in this industry
- Experience in quantity take-off, measurement, progress claim, sub-contractor claim, invite for tender, perform cost analysis, final project account, variation order and prepare bill of quantity & tender proposal.
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office & Project)
- Possess own transportation and willing to travel and temporary based at outstation if required
- Able to work independently with self-initiative and able to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Good and strong command in interpretation of all technical, structural steelwork and metal work construction drawings.
